1. Perishable Products

Flowers, bouquets, and floral arrangements are perishable items. Due to their natural nature, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive any of the following issues:

  • Damaged flowers or products
  • Wilted or poor-quality flowers at delivery
  • The wrong item compared to what you ordered
  • Missing items in your order

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may require:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product received

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Re-delivery of the correct item
  • Partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

  • Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
  • If the order has already been prepared or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Replacement Policy
